Introductory Session on Al-Hussein Award for Voluntary Work in the Capital

Ambassadors of the Al-Hussein bin Abdullah II Award for Voluntary Work and liaison officers held an introductory session on the award at the Amman Youth Hostel in preparation for the launch of the registration link for the fourth cycle of the award.

The session was held in the presence of the Director of Youth of the Capital Governorate, Thamer Al-Nsour, directors of social development directorates, heads of charitable associations, and representatives of partner agencies and institutions in the field of voluntary work in the governorate.

The session covered the introduction to the Al-Hussein bin Abdullah II Award for Voluntary Work, its philosophy, pillars, message, objectives, and areas, along with the award categories, criteria, principles, and application conditions.

The session also included an explanation of the mechanism for applying and participating in the fourth cycle of the award, the steps for electronic registration, and the entry of required data and information, enabling partner agencies to provide guidance and support to those wishing to participate and assist them in completing the registration procedures after the link is launched.

This session comes within the efforts of the award ambassadors to enhance the readiness of partner agencies to introduce the fourth cycle, unify information related to the award, prepare to receive those wishing to participate, and encourage young people and community members to submit initiatives and voluntary work.
