Al-Awamleh said his beginnings were in Jordan, after studying economics and political science at Yarmouk University, where he turned to self-employment, moving away from the traditional paths associated with his family, believing in his ability to build an independent experience in the world of economics and business.
He added that he established a company in Amman, in cooperation with his brothers, specializing in security inks and their supplies, before his ambitions drove him to explore other markets, including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Lebanon, leading to Dubai, where he found a suitable environment for expansion and investment.
Security Printing.. A specialty based on trust
Al-Awamleh explained that his entry into the security printing sector came after his interest in developing university documents and certificates that are difficult to forge, in light of the need to enhance the reliability of academic certificates and records and protect them from counterfeiting.
He pointed out that working in this field was not easy, given the specialized techniques, precise expertise, and high standards of quality and security it requires, in addition to the difficulty of building trust with institutions and beneficiaries at the beginning of the journey.
He indicated that the work began with educational institutions by developing protected academic certificates and documents, before the experience gradually expanded to include other types of security documents, emphasizing that patience, perseverance, and commitment to quality were among the most important factors that helped consolidate the company's position.
Challenges of the beginnings.. and patience is the path to continuity
Al-Awamleh noted that the first years of establishing the business witnessed significant financial, social, and professional challenges, especially in light of the need to prove the ability to compete in a specialized sector and build long-term relationships with clients.
He emphasized that belief in the idea, honesty in dealings, and patience with difficulties were essential factors in overcoming that stage, pointing to the role played by his brothers and wife in supporting him throughout the various stages of his business development.
He added that success is not achieved merely by having an idea, but requires continuity and the ability to face challenges, in addition to maintaining the trust that forms the basis of the relationship with clients and partners.
An international achievement that marked a turning point
Al-Awamleh recalled one of the prominent milestones in his career, which was the development of a large-sized visit visa in cooperation with the concerned authorities in Dubai, an experience he said required intensive technical and design work to maintain the security and functional characteristics of the document.
He pointed out that this project received the attention of the concerned authorities and contributed to enhancing the company's reputation and expanding its presence outside the local market, and he also spoke about the project's connection to an achievement in the Guinness World Records.
He added that this milestone marked a qualitative shift in the company's journey and opened up broader horizons for it at the regional and international levels.
Experience for future generations
Speaking about passing on expertise to new generations, Al-Awamleh expressed his hope that his children and grandchildren would benefit from the experiences he has accumulated over many years, and that they would continue to develop the business and build on what has been achieved.
He emphasized that young people wishing to establish their own projects need to believe in their abilities, set clear goals, and possess passion, honesty, patience, and perseverance, considering these values to be an important foundation for continuity and achieving success.
He also praised the investment environment in the United Arab Emirates, considering that it provided opportunities that helped him develop his business and achieve expansion, and directed his thanks to the Emirati authorities for what he described as the support and opportunities available to investors and entrepreneurs.
