Canadian Defense Minister David McGuinty announced late Saturday that there were deaths and injuries following an accident at a military base in western Canada.
McGuinty told reporters, "I regret to announce deaths and injuries as a result of an accident that occurred at the Wainwright military base in the province of Alberta."
