Basta Youth Center conducted a training workshop today on the Al-Hussein Volunteering Award at Ail Secondary School for Girls, with the participation of 35 male and female teachers from the Southern Badia Education Directorate – Ail District, and heads of associations affiliated with the Social Development Directorate.
The workshop was attended by the Director of Youth for Ma'an Governorate, Anas Al-Khalifat, Head of the Youth Centers Department, Abdulrahman Al-Mahameed, Head of the Information Technology Department, Ahmed Al-Maraiyah, and Head of Basta Youth Center, Assem Al-Nuaimat.
The workshop aimed to introduce the Al-Hussein Volunteering Award and raise awareness about its goals and importance in promoting a culture of volunteerism, as well as encouraging voluntary initiatives that contribute to serving and developing the community.
This workshop comes within the framework of the Ministry of Youth and its youth centers' efforts to spread a culture of volunteering and strengthen partnerships with educational institutions and associations, contributing to consolidating the values of giving and social responsibility.
