The Bani Obeid Municipal Council decided to name a street in the Al-Husn area after the martyr Dr. Khaled Halsa, in commemoration of his memory and in appreciation of his humanitarian and national role and stances.
The head of the Bani Obeid Municipal Committee, Riad Al-Jarrah, affirmed that this decision comes as a tribute to the sacrifices of the martyrs who gave their lives in defense of the homeland, and to ensure that their names and fragrant memories remain immortal in the minds of future generations, in recognition of their noble contributions and honorable stances.
On his own behalf, and on behalf of the municipal council members and all Bani Obeid Municipality staff, Al-Jarrah prayed to God Almighty to shower the martyr with His vast mercy, emphasizing the municipality's commitment to keeping the legacies of the martyrs present in the conscience of society, and praying that Jordan remains safe and stable under the shadow of its wise Hashemite leadership.
