The New York-based international magazine "Global Finance" recently awarded Arab Bank a prestigious set of awards, most notably the "Best Bank for Digital Retail and Corporate Banking Services in Jordan" for 2026, in addition to 36 other awards at the local and regional levels in the field of digital banking services provided to individuals and corporations in Jordan and several markets across the Middle East and Africa.
The bank was selected for these awards by an international judging panel comprising experts from the consulting, technology, and outsourcing sectors, alongside the magazine's specialized editorial team. The magazine based its selection on a set of criteria including: the strategic strength for attracting and serving customers through digital banking channels, growth in the number of users of these services, expansion in the range of digital products and services offered, the presence of tangible and gained benefits from digital initiatives, website and mobile application design and functional performance, and the strength and success of products and services offered through digital channels.
