Al-Mufarrej added, during a seminar titled: "Jordan in the Second Millennium.. A Model of a Stable State", within the activities of the Amman International Book Fair, moderated by Dr. Hamza Al-Ekaile, that the speech deserves to be received by Arab intellectual and political elites seriously to be transformed into practical positions and plans, calling for enhancing Arab coordination to face common challenges.
He pointed out that Jordan represents a model of stability and a hub for joint Arab action, overcoming the limitations of its resources and the weight of regional crises.
He explained that the transformations in the region, especially in Syria and its reconstruction, allow Jordan to restore its historical role as a vital bridge for trade and transport between the Gulf, the Levant, Turkey, and Europe, and a link to enhance Arab economic and political integration.
In his assessment of the balances of power, Al-Mufarrej explained that the Arab world surpasses in population, economy, and military and possesses huge sovereign funds, but the gap lies in organization, political will, and employing resources within a comprehensive strategic vision.
He stressed that building Arab strength requires joint projects linking the economy with education, scientific research, technology, and defense, and facilitating the movement of capital and labor, enhancing comprehensive Arab national security.
