An international Jordanian referee team led by referee Adham Al-Makhadmeh, along with Muhammad Al-Bakar as first assistant and Ahmed Al-Ruwaily as second assistant, will officiate matches in the 2027 AFC Asian Cup - Saudi Arabia, as announced by the Jordan Football Association.
The selection of the team is part of the referees' lists participating in officiating matches of the continental tournament scheduled in Saudi Arabia.
The national team will start their journey with a match against Uzbekistan on January 8, then Bahrain on January 13, and North Korea on January 17 within the group stage.
The 2027 AFC Asian Cup will be held in Saudi Arabia from January 7 to February 5, 2027, with the national team playing in Group B alongside Uzbekistan, Bahrain, and North Korea.
