Al-Faisaly weighs down Al-Baqa'a's net in the Professional Football League

Al-Faisaly invested its striking powers to strike Al-Baqa'a's goal with a score that reached four goals to nil at the conclusion of the third week of the Professional Football League.

Amman International Stadium at Al-Hussein Youth City witnessed a clear superiority for Al-Faisaly yesterday, Sunday, throughout the proceedings despite Al-Baqa'a's ideal start, but the winner turned the confrontation in its favor in a confident step to find the gold box to regain the champion's title after an absence of years.

In general, the superiority came thanks to the high tactics imposed by Al-Faisaly with the loser's many mistakes, to share the lead with Al-Ramtha with 7 points, while Al-Baqa'a remained at 4 points.

This was preceded by Doqara's victory over Al-Salt 2-0, Al-Ramtha over Al-Wehdat 1-0, a draw between Al-Arabi and Al-Jazeera 0-0, and Al-Hussein and Shabab Al-Ordon 3-3.

With the conclusion of this round, the teams will rest until the seventh of next month due to the international break and the gathering of the national team "Al-Nashama," which gives the professional clubs a long opportunity to review their accounts.

Field Presence

Al-Faisaly took to the field with a lineup that included Abdullah Al-Fakhouri, Ihsan Haddad, Anas Badawi, Hossam Abu Al-Dahab, Mohammed Haddad, Sidy Sarr, Salah Al-Yahyaei, Noor Al-Rawabdeh, Rizq Bani Hani, Ahmed Al-Ersan, and Anas Al-Awadat.

Al-Baqa'a also fielded Malek Shalabiya, Al-Mu'tasim Billah Al-Zoubi, Ahmed Obeidat, Al-Mahdi Issa, Mohammed Kalloub, Obeida Al-Samarneh, Odai Khroub, Ali Dhiyabat, Zaid Abu Abed, Mohammed Al-Akash, and Caio Henrique.

Direct Pressure

Al-Fakhouri saved a dangerous corner kick, and Al-Awadat responded with a shot that rebounded off the crossbar after creative moves by Al-Ersan that served as the excitement of the start.

Al-Akash tried with incursions with Khroub to bypass the wall of Abu Al-Dahab and Badawi, and Shalabiya imposed himself by controlling the situation with moves from Al-Samarneh and Kalloub, and this was met by Al-Yahyaei accompanied by Al-Rawabdeh in the midfield area looking for a breakthrough with the incursion of Bani Hani and sending balls that Shalabiya caught.

Al-Akash's header passed over the goal and Dhiyabat's talent appeared before Abu Al-Dahab's intervention, and the balls were passed to find gaps to reach the desired goal, which Henrique tried to do if not for Al-Fakhouri.

As usual, Al-Ersan took advantage of a scramble inside the area after several smart passes to find himself in front of the goal and put the ball in with confidence, announcing the opening of the scoring in the 35th minute.

Al-Baqa'a's troubles increased, not only by falling behind in the score, but also after Kalloub left with a red card following a foul on Al-Ersan while facing Shalabiya in the 44th minute after returning to the video assistant referee (VAR).

6 minutes of stoppage time passed in the first part between Al-Baqa'a's attempts to rectify the situation and Al-Faisaly's sorties to reinforce through the activity of Mohammed Haddad and the support of Ihsan.

Offensive Current

Al-Faisaly began the second half with an offensive current, and Al-Yahyaei almost scored from a shot that hit the defense and the follow-up of Al-Zoubi and Abu Abed.

Al-Rawabdeh announced the investment of the intensification of the attack, and after the crossbar replaced Shalabiya, Noor received a beautiful ball from Bani Hani and shot into the net from outside the area, scoring the second goal in the 54th minute.

Abu Abed sent a cross that Al-Fakhouri dealt with, and substitutions were resorted to to stimulate the temporary state of calm, and Al-Awadat penetrated and broke through the defense and passed a ball that Al-Rawabdeh took into the roof of the goal to increase the tally despite Shalabiya's attempt to save it to no avail in the 65th minute.

Al-Faisaly's waterfall did not stop producing, as Ahmed Abd Rabbo confirmed the importance of his recruitment when he headed a cross and sent it brilliantly into the net in the 88th minute.

Al-Baqa'a suffered from a state of clear exhaustion as a result of the Faisaly creativity and taking advantage of opportunities and surrendering to logic with the whistle of referee Marwan Al-Samail, which confirmed the joys for Al-Faisaly.
