A Russian diplomat said on Saturday that representatives from his country's ministries of energy, foreign affairs, and natural resources will participate in next week's G20 energy meeting in Houston, United States.
Marat Berdyev, the ambassador-at-large for G20 affairs, wrote in a Telegram post that "a Russian delegation will participate in the energy ministers meeting under the US G20 presidency in Houston from September 14 to 16."
