Temperatures today, Friday, are recording about (2-3) degrees Celsius above their climatic averages for this time of year. The weather will be moderate in most regions, and relatively hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with some clouds appearing at various altitudes. There is a slight chance of scattered rain showers in limited parts of the southern and eastern regions for a short period, which may be accompanied by thunder at times. Winds will be southeasterly, moderate in speed, occasionally active and stirring up dust, especially in the Badia regions.
The Meteorological Department warns in its report of reduced horizontal visibility due to dust, especially in the Badia regions, and of slippery roads in areas experiencing rainfall.
