Lydia Masalkha is preparing to enter the triathlon competitions, as part of the Asian Games hosted by the Japanese city of Nagoya starting tomorrow, Saturday.
The triathlon competitions will take place the day after tomorrow, Sunday, where Lydia represents Jordan in this competition by participating in the medium race, which consists of swimming in the sea for a distance of 750 meters, a 20 km bike race, and a 5 km run.
The national team coach, Abdul Aziz Al-Shaibi, confirmed that the competition will not be easy, as the Asian continent includes many teams that dominate world championships, such as China, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and other countries.
