Today, the fifth Umrah trip of the year, organized by the Economic and Social Institution for Retired Military Personnel and Veterans in Tafila Governorate, departed for the Holy Land to perform the Umrah rituals.
The retirees were seen off by the Director of the Institution's office in Tafila, Colonel Retired Eyad Al-Saudi, conveying the greetings and wishes of the General Director of the Institution, Major General Retired Adnan Al-Raqqad, for the acceptance of their devotions, safe travel, and a safe return to the homeland.
Al-Saudi said that the organization of these successive trips is a true reflection of the graces of His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al-Hussein directed towards retired military personnel and veterans, which reflects the royal appreciation for their sacrifices and their extended contribution in serving the homeland, affirming the institution's keenness to provide the best services and facilities to the participants to ensure the performance of their rituals with ease and convenience.
The pilgrims expressed their deep pride in this generous royal initiative, praying to God to protect Jordan, its Hashemite leadership, and its dear people, and to accept their devotions and return them safely to their homes.
