The Third Reflection "3": Focusing on the relationship of these groups with external organizations, as the infiltration of some groups into society—which have external organizational ties, whether linked to an organization, a movement, countries, or regional militias—requires waking up and being alert to negligence. It is incumbent upon religious and official institutions—may God grant them success in all good—to be strict in warning against these groups and not to allow their followers to invade pulpits, screens, radio stations, schools, universities, and other sensitive sites. Warning against these groups, especially those with strong ties to some Iranian and Rafidite militias in other countries, or ties to the Islamic State "ISIS," Jabhat al-Nusra, Al-Qaeda, and other organizations, is a very, very important warning.
The Fourth Reflection "4": Warning against the sleeper cells of these groups and their use of taqiyya (dissimulation), changing colors, forming, and adapting according to the climate. They appear in countries in a cultural or Islamic guise, while in reality, they are sleeper cells waiting for zero hour, directed by hidden ideas and organizational movement ideologies whose outward appearance is mercy and whose inner reality is torment!! Many of them appear with an external structure resembling a certain group, while in reality, they have an internal organizational combustion engine and a movement gearbox that contradicts the external structure.
The Fifth Reflection "5": Opening the door for official and religious institutions, scholars, and students of knowledge to warn against these groups and organizations through lessons, official sermons, preaching councils, and the publication of useful books warning against this Kharijite takfiri ideology.
The Sixth Reflection "6": Focusing on the security and safety of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, rallying around the Hashemite leadership by obeying the rulers in righteousness, and warning against fighting the state, attacking security personnel, killing them, and raising weapons against them. Also, warning against the corrupt methodology of incitement and agitation of the public and the masses, and warning against the methodology of organizational mobilization and grouping that seeks to sow strife, unrest, and destabilize security.
May God protect our ruler, King Abdullah II ibn Al-Hussein, who said in his book "Our Last Best Chance": "These takfiris base their actions and interpretations only on ignorance, hatred, and a misunderstanding of the noble concept of martyrdom; in order to spread their creed, casting aside more than a thousand years of sound Islamic science and jurisprudence, under the pretext of what they mistakenly believe is the authentic approach that was followed in the seventh century in the Arabian Peninsula." He also said in the same book: "Takfiris are considered a small part of a more widespread group of fundamentalists, the Salafis, who propose the necessity of returning to the roots, but the overwhelming majority of Salafis do not authorize terrorist acts nor the killing of innocent civilians! For these takfiris, the war against those they consider enemies is an open war, with no controls, and they do not care about the Islamic teachings stipulated by the Holy Quran and the noble Hadith." Thus ends the words of His Majesty King Abdullah II—may God grant him success in all good.
May God protect our Jordan from all strife, evil, and harm, and may God protect our country and our security institutions from the plotting of plotters, the tampering of the reckless, and the corruption of the corrupt.
