On Monday, employees of the Government Services Center in Ajloun Governorate held a solidarity vigil to honor the souls of the martyrs of the armed attack that targeted a church in Karak Governorate, expressing their solidarity with the families of the martyrs and affirming national unity and the rejection of all forms of terrorism and extremism.
The participants emphasized that this vigil embodies the values of fraternity, tolerance, and solidarity, which form a fundamental pillar of Jordanian society's cohesion, and reflects the unity of the nation's people in confronting everything that targets Jordan's security, stability, and the unity of its citizens.
They pointed out that the unity and cohesion of Jordanians represent the safety valve for the nation, stressing that targeting houses of worship and attacking innocent people will not undermine the cohesive national fabric, nor the values of love and brotherhood that bring Jordanians of all backgrounds together.
They indicated that such national stances strengthen the spirit of solidarity and mutual support among members of society and embody the rallying around national constants, emphasizing that maintaining the nation's security and stability is a shared responsibility that requires the concerted efforts of all, the enhancement of national awareness, and the consolidation of the values of tolerance and coexistence.
The participants renewed their support for the Hashemite leadership and the security services, praising their efforts in protecting the security of the nation and its citizens and safeguarding its stability, and confirming that the unity of Jordanians will remain firm, and that national cohesion will continue to be the foundation of Jordan's strength and resilience in the face of challenges.
